Who we are
Black Zero Labs is a trade name of Black Zero LLC, a Montana limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
We run this website and its early-access waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we keep:
- your email address;
- the AI you use, if you choose to tell us;
- which page of this site you signed up on;
- the date and time you signed up.
To stop abuse, such as someone flooding the form, we also keep a scrambled version of your network (IP) address for a short time. It's a one-way hash mixed with a secret key, so it can't be turned back into your address, and the scrambling changes every day. We use it only to limit how many sign-ups can come from one network, and we clear these out as new sign-ups come in.
We don't ask for your name or anything else.
Why we collect it
We use your email to tell you about early access and our launches, and for nothing else. If you tell us which AI you use, we look at the answers together to decide which AI apps to support first.
Where it's stored
Sign-ups are stored in Cloudflare's database service (D1), on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare also hosts this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll do it. To leave the waitlist, just ask and we'll remove you.
Analytics
This site doesn't run analytics today. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. We'll update this page when we do.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
