  1. Coordination

    ZeroBuild brings every trade's model into one view and finds clashes before they are built. Group them, assign them and track each one until it is resolved.

  2. Takeoff

    Measure quantities from the plans and the model, so counts and lengths come from the design rather than a separate spreadsheet.

  3. Field records

    RFIs, site issues and punch lists are tracked against the place in the model they belong to, from the first walk to handover.

  4. Schedules

    ZeroPlan holds the Gantt chart with the critical path, and progress comes straight from the work recorded in the field.
